Unun ortasını açar; içine sırayla yumurtayı,yoğurdu,şekeri,ılık sütü,tuzu ve mayayı katarız. Bu malzemeleri iyice karıştırdıktan sonra,içine sıvıyağını ve sanayapını katarız. bunları da iyice karıştırdıktan sonra dinlendirmeye bırakırız.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;        Daha sonra dinlenen hamuru yine karıştırırız ve küçük parçalar alarak elimizde yuvarlayıp az yağlanmış fırın tepsisine dizeriz. yuvarladığımız hamurları da 10-15 dk. dinlendirdikten sonra 180 derecelik fırına atarız. Diğer taraftan kabuklarını soyduğumuz havuçlar rendelenip sıvı yağında sotelenir. Sotelenen havuçlar tavuklarla karıştırılır.
